【摘要】:ThispartofISO10075givesguidanceonthedesignofworksystems,includingtaskandequipmentdesignanddesignoftheworkplace,aswellasworkingconditions,emphasizingmentalworkloadanditseffects,asspecifiedinISO10075.Itappliestotheadequatedesignofworkanduseofhumancapacities,withtheintentiontoprovideforoptimalworkingconditionswithrespecttohealthandsafety,well-being,performance,andeffectiveness,preventingover-aswellasunderloadinordertoavoidtheimpairingeffectsdescribedinISO10075.Mentalworkloadistheeffectofacomplexinteractionofindividual,technical,organizationalandsocialfactors.Thuspersonal,technicalandorganizationalfactorsandtheeffectsoftheirinteractionshavetobetakenintoaccountinthedesignofworksystems.However,thispartofISO10075includesthedesignoftechnicalandorganizationalfactorsonly,anddoesnotapplytoproblemsofselection,trainingorsocialfactors.ThispartofISO10075providesguidelinesforsystemdesign.Itdoesnotaddressproblemsofmeasurementofmentalworkloadoritseffects.ThispartofISO10075referstoallkindsofhumanworkactivities(seeISO10075),notonlytothosewhichwouldbedescribedascognitiveormentaltasksinarestrictedsense,butalsotothosewithprimarilyphysicalworkload.ThispartofISO10075isthusrelevanttoallthoseengagedinthedesignanduseofworksystems,e.g.systemandequipmentdesigners,employers'andemployees'representatives.ThispartofISO10075isapplicabletothedesignofnewworksystemsaswellastotheredesignofexistingonesundergoingsubstantialrevision.
