【摘要】:ThisPartofEN746appliestoallcombustionandfuelhandlingequipmentusedinindustrialthermoprocessingequipmentwhichmeetsthedefinitionformachinerygivenin3.1ofEN292-1:1991,referredtohereafterasequipment',e.g.furnaces,kilns,ovens,heatingsystemssuchassaltbathsandmeltingtanks,andequipmentsuchasintegratedburnersandtorchesusedincastingmachines,ladleheating,etc.Itappliestothehandlingoffuelimmediatelyadjacenttotheequipmentbutdownstreamofandincludingthemainplantmanuallyoperatedfuelshutoffvalve.Itspecifiesthelistofhazards,thesafetyrequirementsandassociatedmeasuresaswellastheuserinstructionsrelatingtofuelhandlingandcombustionequipmentItappliestoallformsofgaseous,liquidandsolidfuelandanycombinationsofthemincombustionwithairorothergascontainingfreeoxygen.ThisPartofEN746alsoappliestogastorches,workstationburners,workingflameburnersandotherburnersnotintegralwiththeplant,eventhoughtheyarenotcoveredbythemandate.ThisPartofEN746specifiestherequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethesafetyofpersonsandpropertyduringcommissioning,start-up,operation,shut-downandmaintenance,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefaultsormalfunctions.Itspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsatstagesinthelifeoftheequipment,anditsdesign,ordering,constructionanduse.ThehazardscoveredbythisPartofEN746arelistedinclause4.ThisPartofEN746appliestoequipmentwhichisplacedonthemarketafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.ThisPartofEN746doesnotapplytobutmaybeusedasreferencefor:-gastorchesforwelding,flamecuttingandrelatedprocesses;-boilerinstallations;-environmentalspaceheatingofanykind;-thestorageoffuel;-industrialfoodprocessing.
