【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass155withasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTE-Amodifiedresinisarosinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class155isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof155andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast175℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,020mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;-Grade2:0,020mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC317-0-1.
