【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsandmethodsoftestforconicalspringwasherswhichareintendedforusewithbolt/nutassembliesasdealtwithinthefollowingstandards:--DIN6796Conicalspringwashersforbolt/nutassembliesDIN6908,ConicalspringwashersforscrewandwasherassembliesItisrecommendedthatthisstandardalsobeappliedforconicalspringwashersforbolt/nutassemblieswhichhavenotbeenstandardized.Conicalspringwashersmadefrommaterialsotherthanspringsteelarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTEConicalspringwashersservetocounteractthelossininherenttensioncausedbysettingandcreepofabolt/nutassemblyprovidedthat--theyaresufficientlyresilienttoincreasetheoverallresilienceoftheassembly;--theirinherentspringforcecancompensateforanylossintensionsothattheclampingforcerequiredtoensurethereliabilityoftheassemblyismaintained.Theremayberelativemovementbetweenboltandnutifthefrictionbetweentheclampedcomponentsisovercomebytransverseforces.Ifthisdoesoccur,looseningoftheassemblycannotusuallybepreventedbyspringwashers.Thus,whenusingthesecomponents,itshouldbecheckedwhetherthespringwashersmayusefullybeemployedastheelementsmaintainingtheclampingforce.
