【摘要】:ThisCodeprescribesrequirementsforthedesign,materials,construction,assembly,inspection,testing,operation,andmaintenanceofpipingtransportingaqueousslurriesofnonhazardousmaterials,suchascoal,mineralores,concentrates,andothersolidmaterials.Pipingconsistsofpipe,flanges,bolting,gaskets,valves,reliefdevices,fittings,andthepressurecontainingpartsofotherpipingcomponents.Italsoincludeshangersandsupports,andotherequipmentitemsnecessarytopreventoverstressingthepressurecontainingparts.Itdoesnotincludesupportstructuressuchasframesofbuildings,stanchions,orfoundations,oranyequipmentsuchasdefinedinpara.1100.1.2(b)ofthisCode.AlsoincludedwithinthescopeofthisCodeareprimaryandauxiliaryslurrypipingatstoragefacilities,pipelineterminals,pumpstations,andpressurereducingstations,includingpipinguptothefirstvalveofattachedauxiliarywaterlines;slurrypiping,storagefacilities,andotherequipmentlocatedonpropertywhichhasbeensetasidefortheslurrytransportationsystem;thoseaspectsofoperationandmaintenanceofslurrytransportationpipingsystemsrelatingtothesafetyandprotectionofthegeneralpublic,operatingcompanypersonnel,environment,property,andthepipingsystems.RulesforthisCodesectionhavebeendevelopedconsideringtheneedsforapplications,whichincludepipingtransportingaqueousslurriesbetweenplantsandterminalsandwithinterminals,pumpingandregulatingstations.
