【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60512,whenrequiredbythedetailspecification,isusedfortestingelectricalconnectorswithinthescopeoftechnicalcommittee48.Itmayalsobeusedforsimilardeviceswhenspecifiedinadetailspecification.TheobjectofthispartofIEC60512istodetailastandardtestmethodtodeterminetheabilityofacontacttowithstandaspecifiedbendingmomentorforce.Ifsospecifiedinthedetailspecification,forcesotherthanbendingmaybeapplied.Althoughthistestisillustratedforthematingareaofcylindricalcontacts,andisparticularlyapplicabletothosewithamatingdiameterof1,2mmorless,itsuseforcontactswithothergeometriesisnotexcluded.Inwhichcase,thedetailspecificationshallcontainsufficientdetail,givenunderClause6,i),j)andk),toenablethetesttobedone.Furthermore,itmaybeusedforanypartofaconnector(suchasakeyingorpolarizingdevice;cablesupportorcontactlatchingfeature)providedthatsufficientdetailisgiveninthedetailspecification.NOTEInsomecases,IEC60068-2-21maybecitedinthedetailspecification.
