【摘要】:Thisstandardprovidesqualificationproceduresforinvolutemeasuringinstrumentsincludingthedesignandcalibrationofinvolute,pin,andplane(flank)masters.Italsocoversconditionevaluationofthemeasuringinstrumentsuchasprobelocation,gain,hysteresis,etc.Recommendationsareincludedforguidancetotheestablishmentofaproperenvironmentandforstatisticaldataevaluationprocedures.MasteranalysisisincludedinannexA.StatisticaldataevaluationproceduresareincludedinannexesD,E,andF.Mathematicsfortheuseandevaluationofpinandplane(flank)mastersarefoundinannexB.Thisstandardisapplicablesolelytothequalificationofgeartoothprofileinspectioninstruments.Certificationoftheinvoluteprofileinspectionprocess(totalmeasurementprocess)isafarmorecomprehensiveundertakingthatisbeyondthescopeofthisstandard.Themeasurementproceduresoutlinedinthedocumentarenotintendedforqualificationofproductgears.SeeANSVAGMA200SA88.1.2StandarduseInvoluteinstrumentcalibrationusesmasterartifactsforthequalificationofgeartoothprofileinspectionequipment,includingenvironmentandfundamentalinstrumentsetupandperformance.Thestandardisgenerallyusedby,butnotlimitedto:ManufacturersandusersofgearinspectionManufacturersandusersofgearedpower-equipment.-transmissionproducts.

【摘要】:Thehoneycombtensile-nodebondstrengthisafundamentalpropertythancanbeusedindeterminingwhetherhoneycombcorescanbehandledduringcutting,machiningandformingwithoutthenodesbreaking.Thetensile-nodebondstrengthisthetensilestressthatcausesfailureofthehoneycombbyruptureofthebondbetweenthenodes.Itisusuallyapeeling-typefailure.Thistestmethodprovidesastandardmethodofobtainingtensile-nodebondstrengthdataforqualitycontrol,acceptancespecificationtesting,andresearchanddevelopment.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthetensile-nodebondstrengthofhoneycombcorematerials.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
