【摘要】:Thisguiderecommendspracticesandsolutionsforglobalsupplychaininformationexchangeforsubstances,preparations,andarticlesasidentifiedbyREACH.ThefirstfiveannexesofREACHguidancestandardsserveasacentralrepositoryforREACHindustryguidancethatspansindustrysectorsandfacilitatescollaborationacrosscomplexglobalsupplychains.Annexes6-9providekeyEUguidanceoninformationexchangeinthesupplychain.Section6outlinestheinformationthatistobeexchangedinthesupplychainbothintheupstreamanddownstreamdirections.Fig.4providesaschematicdepictingdataflowintheupstreamanddownstreamdirections.AlistoftheelementstobeincludedinthisexchangeisrepresentedinTables1-5thatcapturethenecessarydatafieldsforinformationexchange.Casestudies1-3inAnnexA1-AnnexA3providethreesamplescenarioswhereinacustomerandsuppliercompletethesefivetablestoexchangedatatoaddresstheirREACHcomplianceissues.1.1Thisguidewillassistcompaniesthatmanufacture,buy,orsell,orboth,substances,preparations,andarticlestoensurethatsupplychainscomplywiththeEuropeanUnionx2019;sRegistration,Evaluation,andAuthorizationofChemicals(REACH)regulation.Thisisaccomplishedbyidentifyingthespecificinformationelementsthatmustbespecified,requestedandexchangedincommunicationbetweenactorsinthesupplychain.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
