【摘要】:Thispartspecifiesrequirementsforflammableliquidsandliquefiedpetroleumgasinstallations,e.g.fortraction,auxiliarypowerunits,heatingorcooking,tocovertheobjectivesdefinedinCEN/TS45545-1.Thispartisnotapplicabletotechnicalliquidsthemselves,e.g.hydraulicliquid,transformeroil,exceptwhereguidanceisgivenastodealingwithspillages,leakageandspraygeneration.ThemeasuresandrequirementsspecifiedinthisTechnicalSpecificationaimtoprotectpassengersandstaffinrailwayvehiclesbypreventingafirefromoccurringandspreadingbyleakageofflammableliquidsorgases.ItisnotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationtodescribemeasuresforflammablegases,otherthanliquefiedpetroleumgases.ItisnotwithinthescopeofthisTechnicalSpecificationtodescribemeasuresthatensurethepreservationofthevehiclesintheeventofafire.
