【摘要】:1ThispartofISO15103establishesasystemofdesignationforPPEthermoplasticmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofPPEplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelev-elsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)temperatureofdeflectionunderloadb)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthc)flammabilityandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO15103isapplicabletoallPPEmaterials,includingthosemodifiedwithpolystyreneorpoly-amideorothermaterials.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO15103doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
