【摘要】:1ThispartofISO4613establishesasystemofdesignationforethylene/vinylacetatethermoplasticmaterial,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofE/VACplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappro-priatelevelsofthedesignator/propertiesa)vinylacetatecontentb)meltflowrateandoninformationaboutintendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO4613isapplicabletoallethylenevinylacetatecopolymerscontainingfrom3%(m/m)to50%(m/m)(approximately25%molar)ofvinylacetate.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperform-ance.ThispartofISO4613doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinISO4613-2,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).

【摘要】:Thehorizontaldynamometerpullmeterandheelassembliesaredesignedtodeterminethestaticcoefficientoffrictionoftileandlikematerials.Themeasurementmadebythisapparatusisbelievedtobeoneimportantfactorrelativetoslipresistance.Otherfactorscanaffectslipresistance,suchasthedegreeofwearontheshoeandflooringmaterial;presenceofforeignmaterial,suchaswater,oil,anddirt;thelengthofthehumanstrideatthetimeofslip;typeoffloorfinish;andthephysicalandmentalconditionofhumans.Therefore,thistestmethodshouldbeusedforthepurposeofdevelopingapropertyoftheflooringsurfaceunderlaboratoryconditions,andshouldnotbeusedtodetermineslipresistanceunderfieldconditionsunlessthoseconditionsarefullydescribed.Becausemanyvariablesmayenterintotheevaluationofslipresistanceofaparticularsurface,thistestmethodisdesignedtoevaluatethesesurfacesunderbothlaboratoryandactualsiteinstallationconditions.ThestaticcoefficientoffrictionisdeterminedunderbothwetanddryconditionswithNeoliteheelassembliesoverbothunpreparedandprepared(cleaned)testsurfaces.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofstaticcoefficientoffrictionofceramictileorothersurfacesunderbothwetanddryconditionswhileutilizingNeoliteheelassemblies.Thistestmethodcanbeusedinthelaboratoryorinthefield.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
