【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsandmethodsoftestsformechanicalandphysicalpropertiesoftoys.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotoysforchildren,toysbeinganyproductormaterialdesignedorintended,whetherornotexclusively,foruseinplaybychildrenoflessthan14years.Itreferstonewtoystakingintoaccounttheperiodofforeseeableandnormaluse,andthatthetoysareusedasintendedorinaforeseeableway,bearinginmindthebehaviourofchildren.Itincludesspecificrequirementsfortoysintendedforchildrenunder36months,childrenunder18monthsandforchildrenwhoaretooyoungtositupunaided.AccordingtoDirective2009/48/EC“intendedforuseby”meansthataparentorsupervisorshallreasonablybeabletoassumebyvirtueofthefunctions,dimensionsandcharacteristicsofatoythatitisintendedforusebychildrenofthestatedagegroup.Therefore,forthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandard,e.g.soft-filledtoyswithsimplefeaturesintendedforholdingandcuddlingareconsideredastoysintendedforchildrenunder36months.
