【摘要】:4.1Theradiationindustryneedsreliable,promptdosimetrycalibrationservicestosupportaccuratemeasurementsofabsorbeddose.Thesemeasurementsshouldbeconsistentwith,andtraceableto,thephysicalmeasurementstandardsmaintainedbyanappropriatenationalorinternationalstandardslaboratory.Organizationsthatprovidecalibrationservices,andtherebyserveasalinktonationalstandards,includeuniversities,government-ownedlaboratories,andprivatecompanies.4.2Toensuretheprovisionofadequateservices,acalibrationlaboratoryshouldbeoperatingwithafullmeasurementqualityassurance(MQA)plan.Thefundamentalrequirementsforsuchaprograminclude:4.2.1compliancewithoperationalrequirementsofthispracticeandthoseofISO/IEC17025,4.2.2documentedproceduresandin-housequalityassurance(QA)programspecifictothecalibrationservicesprovided,and4.2.3periodicperformanceevaluations,includingproficiencytestsandon-siteexpertassessments.54.3Whenacalibrationlaboratoryappliesforaccreditation,theaccreditationorganization(seeAnnexA1)determineswhetherthelaboratory''squalitydocumentationissatisfactory,performsproficiencytestsforeachcalibrationcategoryforwhichaccreditationisrequested,andprovidestechnicalexpertsforon-siteassessmentstodeterminewhetherthelaboratorymeetsthecriteriaofthispractice,theaccreditationorganizationandthoseofISO/IEC17025.4.4Section5setsforthspecificcriteriaforlaboratoriesengagedindosimetrycalibrationsinvolvingionizingradiation,thatis,gamma-radiation,electronbeamsandX-radiation(bremsstrahlung)beams.ThissectionamplifiesandinterpretsthegeneralrequirementsofISO/IEC17025.1.1Thispracticeaddressesthespecificrequirementsforlaboratoriesengagedindosimetrycalibrationsinvolvingionizingradiation,namely,gamma-radiation,electronbeamsorX-radiation(bremsstrahlung)beams.Itspecificallydescribestherequirementsforthecharacterizationandperformancecriteriatobemetbyahigh-doseradiationdosimetrycalibrationlaboratory.1.2Theabsorbed-doserangeistypicallybetween10and10Gy.1.3Thispracticeaddressescriteriaforlaboratoriesseekingaccreditationforperforminghigh-dosedosimetrycalibrations,andisasupplementtothegeneralrequirementsaccreditationorganization.1.3.1BymeetingthesecriteriadnthoseinISO/IEC17025,thelaboratorymaybeaccreditedbyarecognizedaccreditationorganization.1.3.2.Adherencetothesecriteriawillhelptoensurehighstandardsofperformanceandinstillconfidenceregardingthecompetencyoftheaccreditedlaboratorywithrespecttotheservicesitoffers.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthypracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
