【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN1071describesamethodofmeasuringhardnessandYoung’smodulusofceramiccoatingsbymeansofInstrumentedIndentationTesting(IIT)usinginstrumentscapableofmeasuringforceanddisplacementasafunctionoftimeduringtheindentationprocess.Thisclassofinstrumentsincludesinstrumentspreviouslyknownas“DepthSensingIndenters,DSI”and“MechanicalMicroprobes.”1.2Themethodislimitedtotheexaminationofsinglelayerswhentheindentationiscarriedoutnormaltothetestpiecesurface,butgradedandmultilayercoatingscanalsobemeasuredincross-sectionifthethicknessoftheindividuallayersorgradationsisgreaterthanthespatialresolutionoftheindentationprocess.Thelatterisdependentuponinstrumentdesignandisdeterminedbythedisplacementsensitivityandtheprecisionoflocationoftheindents.
