【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulforacceptanceandqualitycontroltesting.Adherends,applicationprocedure,andsampleconditioningshallbeasagreeduponbythemanufacturerandtheuseroftheadherendsandtheadhesive.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheresistance-to-peelstrengthofanadhesivebondbetweenonerigidadherendandoneflexibleadherendwhentestedatanangleofapproximately90degreesunderspecifiedconditionsofpreparationandtesting.1.2Avariationinthicknessoftheadherendswillgenerallyinfluencetestvalues.Forthisreason,thethicknessoftheadherendsusedtomakethetestspecimensshallbespecifiedinthematerialspecification.Whennothicknessisspecified,theflexibleadherendshallbe0.63mm(0.025in.)thickandtherigidadherendshallbe1.63mm(0.064in.)thick.Note18212;Aheavyfabric,suchascanvas,hasbeenusedasaflexibleadherend.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
