【摘要】:ThispartofISO6647specifiestwosimplifiedroutinemethodsforthedeterminationoftheamylosemassfractionofmilledrice,non-parboiled.Themaindifferencebetweenthetwomethodsisthedispersionprocedure:methodAspecifieshot,andmethodBcold,dispersion.Bothmethodsareapplicabletoricewithanamylosemassfractionhigherthan5%.NOTEThesemethodsdescribesimplifiedproceduresforthepreparationofsamples,whicharefrequentlyusedinroutinelaboratories.Themethodsusethesamereagentsasthereferencemethod(seeISO6647-1),butomitthedefattingstep.Ricesamplesofwhichtheamplosemassfractionhasbeendeterminedbythereferencemethodareusedasstandards.
