【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60898appliestoa.c.air-breakcircuit-breakersforoperationat50Hzor60Hz,havingaratedvoltagenotexceeding440V(betweenphases),aratedcurrentnotexceeding125Aandaratedshort-circuitcapacitynotexceeding25000A.Asfaraspossible,itisinlinewiththerequirementscontainedinIEC60947-2.Thesecircuit-breakersareintendedfortheprotectionagainstovercurrentsofwiringinstallationsofbuildingsandsimilarapplications;theyaredesignedforusebyuninstructedpeopleandfornotbeingmaintained.Theyareintendedforuseinanenvironmentwithpollutiondegree2Theyaresuitableforisolation.?Circuit-breakersofthisstandardaresuitableforuseinITsystemsprovidedthattherequirementsofHD384.4.473arecompliedwith.?Thisstandardalsoappliestocircuit-breakershavingmorethanoneratedcurrent,providedthatthemeansforchangingfromonediscreteratingtoanotherisnotaccessibleinnormalserviceandthattheratingcannotbechangedwithouttheuseofatool.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–circuit-breakersintendedtoprotectmotors;–circuit-breakers,thecurrentsettingofwhichisadjustablebymeansaccessibletotheuser.Forcircuit-breakershavingadegreeofprotectionhigherthanIP20accordingto?EN60529?,foruseinlocationswherearduousenvironmentalconditionsprevail(e.g.excessivehumidity,heatorcoldordepositionofdust)andinhazardouslocations(e.g.whereexplosionsareliabletooccur),specialconstructionsmayberequired.Requirementsforcircuit-breakersfora.c.andd.c.operationaregivenin?EN60898-2?.?Requirementsforcircuit-breakerswhichincorporateresidualcurrenttrippingdevicesaretobefoundinEN61009-1andEN61009-2-1.Supplementaryrequirementsmaybenecessaryforcircuit-breakersofthescrew-intypes.?Aguideforco-ordinationundershort-circuitconditionsbetweenacircuit-breakerandanothershort-circuitprotectivedevice(SCPDs)isgiveninannexD.NOTE2Foranenvironmentwithahigherpollutiondegree,enclosuresgivingtheappropriatedegreeofprotectionshouldbeused.NOTE3Circuit-breakerswithinthescopeofthisstandardmayalsobeusedforprotectionagainstelectricshockincaseoffault,dependingontheirtrippingcharacteristicsandonthecharacteristicsoftheinstallation.Thecriterionofapplicationforsuchpurposesisdealtwithbyinstallationrules.?NOTE4RecommendationsforthedimensionalcoordinationbetweenenclosuresandcircuitbreakersformountingonrailaccordingtoEN60715orequivalentmeansaregivenintheCENELECreportR023-001.?Thisstandardcontainsallrequirementsnecessarytoensurecompliancewiththeoperationalcharacteristicsrequiredforthesedevicesbytypetests.
