适用范围
本标准规定了电能表测量用光电采样器的技术要求、试验方法及检验规则等。本标准适用于将电能表的非电量(转数识别标志)信息、光谱信号输入转换成与电能表测量用误差计算器输入相匹配的电信号的光电采样器。感应式电能表内置光电采样器亦可参照使用。

Scope: This AIR considers the issue of proper design guidance for high voltage for components/subsystems utilized in MEA. This document is focused on partial discharge mechanisms including corona and does not address personnel safety.
